If any visa applications need to be processed without the main group application, for any reason, an additional charge will be made.
Whilst ASLA Ltd is happy to assist any parents with the application process, we would request that enquiries are directed through the Group Leader in the first instance.
We strongly recommend that the Group Leader calls ASLA Ltd prior to beginning the process, to clarify procedures.

We would advise that prior to sending passports, you contact ASLA Ltd directly to ascertain the current processing timescale so that you can inform pupils accordingly, as a precise date cannot be guaranteed for the return of the passport after visa processing. We strongly recommend you give parents an indication of when the passports will be required, as early as possible, and advise of the additional fee for individual processing if they are unable to meet your proposed visa processing dates.
Note: The Chinese visa is applied to a page in the passport.
The visa is valid for 30 days and may only be used within the 3 months following issue date.
We would recommend you to start applying for your visas 6 weeks before your date of travel to China.
