"Just to reiterate what I said on the phone. I can't thank you enough for the help you have given me, not only to get my passport back to me on time, but also for the great help you were helping me to get the emergency passport to go to Seville.
It was wonderful to be able to talk to an actual person on an ordinary phone number and not to one of those souless machines.
I find it so frustrating and stressfull dealing with companies these days. they have these expensive 0845 numbers, then lots of press 1 for this and 2 for that. Then when you do get to speak to somebody they are in India or Bangladesh, can't speak english properly, don't understand what you are talking about, have no idea where you are in the UK etc, etc.
So I found it wonderful to have the one to one care that you gave me. Although I was a bit concerned about getting my passport in time, I felt totally at ease knowing that, if I had a problem, I could speak to a real human being who cared and was able and willing to help.
So thank you, once again, from a very, very thankful and happy customer."

"My wife and myself applied for visas for Belarus and Russia using your company.
Those visas arrived today (thank you). I had to call your office a number of times asking for help and advice, especially with the form filling. Bearing in mind that you must have to deal with 1000s of calls, I just wanted to say that all the people I spoke to were extremely helpful and had a lovely telephone manner.
Though I don’t know any names, I just wanted to say thanks to you all."
